Power, the traditional version of power is not enticing for women. The idea that one has power or authority over another person doesn't ring true to our hearts. So we avoid power, we downplay ourselves, and consequently the power is taken by the men. But all of this shows how scarcity minded we've been approaching power.

If someone has power that must mean I don't, it's a world where one person wins and the other doesn't. Similar to the old notion of wealth, if you earn more than there is less money or power.

But why should we settle for this scarcity version of money or power? Why not change the definition of power, and the rest: money, relationships, impact will follow.

As female advisors, we already feel like we are on our own island. At The Wealth Boutique and Pinkfix Productions, we create space for women to feel heard, valued, and inspired. Our C-Suite Retreat™ is reserved only for women in our profession to learn and grow together. With our energetically aligned flow of events, you will be taken through a healing process into the new evolution of who you are becoming.

FAQs

  • A private chef will be cooking for us! On day one there is dinner and a wine tasting. On day two, there is a brunch and dinner. On day three there is a breakfast before departure. There will also be snacks and drinks provided throughout the days.

  • Please let us know ahead of time about any dietary restrictions so that we can accommodate your needs.

  • We have a block of rooms reserved for at the Courtyard by Marriott. Click Here to claim our Group Rate (you must book by Aug 26). The hotel is just a few minutes away from the lake house.

  • Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) is the closest airport and you'll be able to Uber to the lake house or hotel (about a half hour drive).
