Shop Return Policy

At Pinkfix Productions, each item in our merch shop is created with care and purpose—just like the stories we help tell. Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is defective or misprinted.

Returns & Replacements
If you received a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, we’re here to make it right.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • Your request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • You’ll need to provide photos of the item and a description of the issue

To start a return, please contact us at team@jessicaweaver.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed. Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Please Note:

  • We do not accept returns for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse

  • We are not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers

  • All return shipping costs for defective items will be covered by us
